There are times when Transform Properties doesn’t fix and flip houses, but wholesales them. That means that we can get some houses cheaply enough to sell them to an investor, and that investor that can fix the house up and sell it for a profit.

This can occur for several reasons. We might be too busy with other houses to handle another one. It also might be the type of house we don’t typically do, or might be in a neighborhood that we don’t know of like. It might also be too far away for us, but the deal still makes sense.

Before giving it to a realtor, or fixing it up ourselves, we’ll post these houses on our website to give you an opportunity to buy it. See below for the houses we are now wholesaling.
