After we fix whatever is wrong with a house, and then modernize it, we’re ready to flip it to the public. We can use a professional realtor, or we can sell directly to the public. We will consider negotiating a contract before giving it to a realtor. That could save us both money since we can sell it cheaper if we don’t have to pay commissions.
